Business Visa

​

1. The Visa Applicant is to scan the Passport page containing details to Vietnam Sponsor Company.
    

2. Vietnam Sponsor Company has to draft a letter addressed to the respective Municipal or Provincial Government (People’s Committee), and COVID-19 Committee to apply for the Vietnam Business Visa
    

3. When the Visa application is approved, the respective Municipal or Province People’s Committee, COVID-19 Committee will reply to the Vietnam Sponsor Company which is to then proceed with application of Business Visa to Vietnam Immigration Authority.
    

4. Once the Vietnam Business Visa application is approved. Vietnam Immigration Authority will issue the Visa Approval letter to Vietnam Sponsor Company.
    

5. After obtaining the Approval letters from various agencies, the Vietnam Sponsor Company is to email the Approval letter to the Visa Applicant, The Visa Applicant is to deliver passport, 2 colour photos, approval letter, Visa  stamping form and  Visa stamping fee to Newway Enterprise Pte Ltd.
    

6. Newway Enterprise Pte Ltd will deliver the documents in #5 to Singapore Vietnam Embassy for Visa stamping. Processing time is between 2 - 3  Working Days (Subject to Embassy work schedule)
    

7. The stamping fee does not include pickup and delivery of passport. If the Visa applicant requests Newway Enterprise Pte Ltd for pickup and delivery of passport, the Courier fee will be borne by the Visa applicant.

Work Permit

​

1. Get an invitation letter from Vietnam office. Get the employment certificate Form from Vietnam office. Using this Form, obtain HR management signature in the Singapore Office.
    

2. Apply Certificate of None Criminal Conviction (COC) through www.police.gov.sg-e-services/apply/certicate-of-clearance/apply-for certificate-of clearance.
    

3. Prepare the following: COC, Education Certificate, Health Report, Passport copy, Letter of Employment, Health report can be obtained in Singapore Clinics that states patient’s name, and fitness to work.
    

4. When COC is ready, go to law firms for Notary Public services. Bring original documents in #3 and request for documents to be notarized. 
    

5. Obtain the documents in #4  and proceed to Singapore Academy Of Law/ Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, to have the documents legalised. 
    

6. Obtain the documents in #5 and Proceed to Vietnam Embassy for legalization.
    

7. Send the documents to Vietnam Office to apply for Vietnam Work Permit
